Hello doctor! I have spoiled my hair with hair colors and heating tools since I was 15 years old. Its been six years now. I had really long and thick hair. But I ve lost them all. I have shoulder length hair since years now. I do not know whats happening with my hair growth. I notice new hair but cannot see my length getting any better. HAIR Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week.
