Hello respected sir/mam I have anxiety disorder I am very worried about my health I got panic when I have something happen with me related my health only on 2 dec j got injury with iron nail but in 24 hours I got tetanus shot even 5.5 month before I also got tetanus injection due to injury but now my mind thinks negative again and again I think about teatnaus like (what happened if I have tetanus what can I do I think I have tetanus and stomach shows soon) these types of thoughts always running in my mind and I got panic what can I do please help me is there any chance I have tetanus after tetanus injection 2 times in 6 months I never have fever and other problems almost from 5-6 years but my mind always think something about to happen some disease many many thoughts help me.
