I have heavy weight how to reduce the weight and be slim in one month and I have to increase height also pls give me better option to those two. Tq.

To reduce weight you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses drink lots of water. Include more of fruits & vegetables in your diet. Keep check on your food intake. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.
