My weight is increasing very much. I tried many things but It is not reducing. What to do?

Do exercise.Eat small amount of food frequently.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use ginger and lemon drink in the morning and evening.Eat plenty of vegetables,whole fruits.Use healthy fat in cooking but not much.These are basic things but consult me privately on lybrate to know more details about specific foods.
