Hi my weight is 54 nd height is 5-3 and my age is 23, I have belly and want to reduce some weight, please suggest me with few diet to follow, how to reduce weight, what to eat and what not to eat, want to follow a strict diet, please suggest.

Hi, lybrate-user *do regular exercise or yoga or walk 45-60 min daily. *if you can do surya namashkar daily. *you eat low calorie diet & low fat diet. *limit use of refined, processed & fast food, avoid carbonated drinks & fried foods. *eat high fibre. * if you r nonvegetarian red meat & egg yolk part should be avoided. *food should consumed regularly in measured amount.
