Your uric acid is high in range ,so you can not eat high protein diet, fish meat & dairy product are restricted. Mashroom & spinach consume in moderate ammount.

Hello do regular exercise. Daily walk for 3-4 km. Daily do yoga (suryanamashkar). Always eat balanced diet. Avoid fatty food, junk food & carbonated beverages.
