Hello do regular exercise. Daily walk for 3-4 km. Daily do yoga (suryanamashkar). Always eat balanced diet. Avoid fatty food, junk food & carbonated beverages.

Hello, eating too much and not being active enough gives more calories than what the body burns up, the extra calories being stored as fat. Overeating because of boredom or depression is seen commonly. Hormonal imbalances may also lead to obesity. Some important tips for loss weight. *eat low calories, low fat, low carbohydrate, high fibre diet. *eat only you are hungry. *take small & frequent meals. *do not watch tv or read books while eating. Do not eat leftovers for the sake of finishing them. *never shop when you are hungry. *do regular exercise or walk 45 min.

Hello, in the diet you can take low calorie, low fat, high fibre & low carbohydrates. *exercise regularly. Daily morning and evening walk for 3-4 km. *engage yourself in pleasurable exercise like fast walking cycling swimming aerobic exercise dancing any outdoor games. * or do yoga (suryanamashkar). * gradually start any new exercise. Don't exert yourself while exercise.

Hello, do regular exercise. Eat balance diet. Do not skip breakfast. A good breakfast keeps you healthy and energetic the whole day. Eat more fibre in the diet salad, sprout, green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole cereals & pulses. Maintaine a desirable body wright. Restricted alcohol, quite smoking,& tobacco.

Hello, bhukh nhi lagne k bahot karan hai. Har insaan ke body ka metabolism zimmedar rahta hai. Apko agar usse kuch nuksan ho rahi ho jaise weight kan hona ya kamzori aana to dikkat ki baat hai. Lekin bmi thik hai. Hamesha khush rahiye. Tension mat lijiye jyaada.

Hello, do regular exercise or walk about 45-60 min daily as per physician advise. Increase your physical work. Or do daily yoga (suryanamashkar). Always eat balance diet. Take small & frequent meals. In the morning you can take 1glass lemon luke warm water to help your belly fat to reduce. Avoid fatty food, junk food & carbonated beverages.

Hello, aapko koi medical problem hai kya pahle wo dekhiye jaise fever ya hormones problem. Body ko pura nutrition nhi milega to body kamzor hongi hi. Aap khate samay khush hoke bhojan kariye. Aur hamesha positive rahne ki koshish kijiye. Hamesha paustik aahar aur jo pasand hai wo bhojan kariye.

Hello, *always eat balance diet. *eat low fat & low calories. *eat only when you are hungry. *eat slowly. You are less likely to over eat. *do not snack between meals. *do not watch tv or read books while eating. *try to eat less often. * do exercise as per advice of physician which are specially design for handicap people.

Hello, your work is mostly sitting for 8 hrs, that's why you are gaining weight. Change your lifestyle. Your physical activity is low. Increase your physical activity. Do regular physical exercise or walk daily about 45- 60 min as per physician advise. In the diet always eat balance diet. Diet should be low in fat. No saturated & trans fatty acids to be included in the diet. Fried foods should be avoided. Junk foods like pizzas, chips & french fries should be strictly avoided. The diet should be low in sugar. If you are non vegetarian the diet should be- red meat should be avoided. Fatty portion of chicken should be discard. Restrict use of egg yolk (egg yolk contains cholesterol) & egg based dishes eg. Mayonnaise. Animal foods like meat and pork which contain high amount of saturated fat should be avoided. Inclusion of fish in the diet is beneficial as they contains w-6 fatty acid. The diet should rich in fibre. Heavy meals should be avoided. Eat small & frequent meals.

Hello, *after increasing the age the basal metabolic rate due to changes in body composition & reduction in physical activity which affects energy needs. So that muscle tissue decrease & fat tissue increases as age increases. *in a diet need low calorie, low fat, low carbohydrate, low sodium diet, rich protein diet. *vegetables & fruits are good source of antioxidant minimum five serving should be taken. *small frequent meals are taken. *regular exercise or walk as per physician advise.

Hello, *there are so many reason for obesity. *some of the reasons are genetic factors, eating habits, physical activity, life style, so many diseases etc. *first find out reason for your obesity out of this. *do daily walking or daily yoga (suryanamashkar). *or doing other exercise for your belly fat as per physician advice. *eat always balance diet. *eat low calorie diet, low fat, *avoid fried food, junk food etc. *avoid carbonated beverages.

Take a frequent meals. **avoid junk food like pizza, burger, noodle, carbonated drinks. Eat green vegetables & fibre. Avoid oily food. Do not watch tv or read books while eating. Hello, try to be happy always. Do not take tension. Always be positive. In the diet you can eat high calorie, high fat, high protein diet. Also to eat high carbohydrates. Daily12-15 glass of water. Dietary supplement can be given. Food should be appetising. Just enjoy your food.
