You need to take more fibre in your diet. Include green tea, chamomile tea, salads, hot red pepper, chia seeds and flax seeds in your diet.

I advice you take lukewarm water in the morning, then after go for brisk walk atleast 45minutes and do exercise 10 to 15 minutes. Take healthy breakfast daily. Don't skip breakfast. Use salad before lunch / dinner. You should take lots of water (10 to 12 in a day) use skim milk (without fat) and you should take green leafy vegetales and fruits,
