I went to a nearby hospital for blood group test, the lab technician put a needle to my left hand vein and drew full syringe blood, I want to know if he collected my blood plasma without my consent because I know it was not necessary to draw full syringe of blood just to check blood group. Please provide some knowledge on this.

A few ml of blood or plasma is of no use for the lab. It is usual practice to draw a few ml of blood for all the tests prescribed.
