You have to follow dietetic regimen. No non-veg, milk products like paneer, curd etc, ice cream, bakery products, cold water, fatty and fried food items, and day time sleep. Consume lot of seasonal fruits except banana, drink warm water or plain water. Daily morning walk for 20-30 minutes and yogasan sarvangasan 6-7 minutes regularly 1- arogyavardhini vati 500 mg one tablet daily with water in morning in empty stomach 2-baggrys oat bran 10-15 gm or any other brand of oat bran (two to three tea spoon) twice daily with warm water or mixing in food item like, dal, butter milk, coconut water etc. 3- trifala churna powder 6-7 gm at bed time with warm water before treatment do lipid profile, kft, lft and record weight and again every month and report me.
