I am 26 and I work in night shifts. I want to reduce my fat from body n most important stomach. Please advise what to do? some body has advised me to take green tea with leamon flavour for 6 -7 times a day to reduce weight n fat. Is it correct please advice. M not married and my shift is from 6 p. M to 3 a. M.

Green tea is good in that it contains antioxidants and is nourishing. But drinking it alone will not help you lose weight. Sedentary life and overeating are the leading cause of obesity. You have to reduce by half what you eat now and exercise for at least one hour every day. Please read my article on obesity in health tips column in this site. You have to check your thyroid profile and let me know. Also tell me what is your job? weight reduction can be achieved by only exercising to burn your fat and cutting down your food to half of what you are taking now.
