Intially you need to configure two things:- your metabolism rate
and medical tests to be done (to get assure that there is no medical problem). As per your metabolic rate you can start doing some of exercise. (either passive or active).
Take proper meal at 2 hourly interval).
Try not to skip your meal. Stress is also a big reason for weight gain. Don't take mych of stress.
Take high fiberous food in your diet.
