Usually eating food should not lead to back pain, if you are not maintaining correct posture while eating- like sitting on floor etc, can lead to back pain so avoid sitting on floor, sitting crosslegged do not bend forward to lift any heavy weight do regular exercises for general well being and back strengthening exercises take vitamin d supplement.
