I am 27 years male. From the past 4 months I am getting yellow urine during mostly in morning time. I have consulted doctor 2 months back and he checked some blood reports and told slightly I have typhoid. And he prescribed some antibiotics. But still I am getting urine in yellow colour. And I don't have any other issues like fever and all. May I know the reason and what diet should I follow to cure this.
