Mr. Lybrate-user, to put up wt in proper healthy way, you always mind to take protein rich diet like pulses, [dal], millets, cereals, whole wheat, sprouts, fruits, provided with proper exercises, try to reduce the intake of carbohydrates[rice] in intake. Do not take outside, more oily/spicy/junk food. You can take meat, fish, egg-white more to build up wt properly.
