Hi I am in the same boat. I am 5?3 and 62. 5 kgs. Want to be 55-57 .just wanted to clarify some doubts. -which fruits are allowed? - is curd fattening? How much allowed during a day? - is onion fattening? Like in sprout salad - is milk tea without sugar fattening? -
