Sitting for long time will definitely cause back pain and increased weight. Try to do brisk walking for atleast 30 mins in the morning or evening everyday, drink green tea without sugar, avoid junk food. All these for losing weight. For back pain relief, don't sit continuously for long time, take minimum 5 mins break every 30-45 mins of continuous sitting, get up, walk, stretch your body a little. Maintain proper posture.
