Day by day iam getting fat at starting my weight was 60 kg an its 71 can you please suggest me how maintain my stomach flat.

It's not easy to lose weight. Give time n patience to active goal. Make small targets to get to your point. Big goals can lose your confidence. Check your weight twice a day morning. Evening. Small tips can give you good results. Stomach fat called visceral fat is hardest fat to lose. Be slow and steady.
