My hands and feet start to swell as soon as I do minimal exercise. I am 40 years. I have right upper quadrant pain. Ct scan shows mild fatty liver. I have opticdisc cupping, tinnitus, numbness in toes. Mri brain normal. Cervical spines mri show tarlov cysts. I would like to know whether I am having a circulatory or autoimmune problem as my audiogram shows sensorineural deafness on left side .i have right upper quadrant pain as soon as I eat. My han start to swell fever I am using a hammer for only 1 minutes. I occasionally get tongue numbness. My uric acid is mild raised and cholesterol is every time low. My father also had hepatomegaly and limb swelling and low cholesterol and ascites. His disease remain undiagnosed and doctor stated that it might have been liver failure cirrhosis of unknown cause. My ct scan abdomen indicates fatty liver. every time I eat, I have right upper quadrant pain. I am looking forward for an exact diagnosis and treatment. My mother also has some fatty liver and mildly raised serum amylase but she does not have epigastric pain. I have mild pedal edema and my urine protein is nil. Ca 19 9 was on upper border. But nothing found on ct scan.
