Again I have done a spot urine acr test where urine protein. 89 mg/dl and urine creatinine 119. 6 mg/dl and acr value is 7.4 then why my creatinine is high I don't have diabetes or hypertension. But through my career being sportsman I have taken lot of painkillers and I am suffering from chronic kidney stones which are non operative. Just my creatinine is high urea is normal it's 19. Should I concern about it please help.
