I am 24 year old women, unmarried having unexpected thoughts of bad dreams most frequently. And also I have lots of problem in writing, that is when I starts to write a word even if I know the correct spelling I am missing some letters in between my mind didnt recognize that if some one please pointed out only I can find it. whY it is like this. Please help me am I having any probem

You must be under a lot of stress. Are you aware of this? the dreams indicate the nature of the pressure i. e. They may be fear related. What are you afraid of to cause this much stress and how long have you been suffering from this condition? you are doing what is called discounting? a loss of awareness due to undue pressure. I suggest you sleep as much as possible on your left ear at night. Meet with a counselor and take that person? s guidance to go to the root cause and deal with it, effectively. You may also attend a personality development course, do regular exercise, meditate, sleep well, eat well, and deal with your emotions through therapy. If you are cooperative, everything should come back to normal pretty soon.
