Yesterday I took covid vaccine. But before the vaccine I took some tablets because I was having throat pain and infection which include painkiller also i.e.albumin, deriphyllin, barcold, h2 spas and cefakinf250. And I took these tablets just half an hour before vaccination. And I have seen internet that it is not recommended to take painkiller before vaccination. Is it ok or there is any problem? Do I have to take booster dose? Will it produce antibodies or not? Please help me out I am little depressed about it.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. The concern about painkillers is that they might curb the very immune system response that a vaccine aims to spur. Vaccines work by tricking the body into thinking it has a virus and mounting a defense against it. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
