Sir/Madam, My father has started consuming" beet roots" since he is diagnosed with drop in hemoglobin. While there is improvement in hemoglobin count, he is feeling severe itch in the body. Does it has any relevance? Kindly advise.

There may not have relevance itching is allergy to something he comes in contact . and beet root is not the best and he needs hemtinic capsules like Hemsi and eat iron rich food like spinach.Foods rich in iron include: Red meat. Pork. Poultry. Seafood. Beans. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.
