I suddenly woke up yester night. I had high fever with headache. I took paracetamol and I was sleepless all the night. Since today morning im having joint pain and little shivering with no fever. Till yesterday night I was not having any of the symptom I was fit n fine till yesterday. What may be the reason is anything serious. Please suggest me medicines.

Viral comes first. Than any other? Maleria or anything detected by test. Pcm of any brand 650 three times a day after food. Taxim o 200 two times a day after food. Montek lc one at night 3-5 days plenty of liquids light diet.
