I am a student and I live in Hostel. Hostel food doesn't suit me well. I am having bad bowel movement and sometimes loose motion. What can I include in my daily diet to improve my digestion and bowels. I am a South Indian, so I prefer eating rice to wheat. Please give your advice.

I think proble is with food. In hostel mess foot is not clean or hygienic. Please cook food yourself or take it from some cleaner place. You can eat rice with dal or curd. Regards.
