1. Normal levei is 200-900 pico gram/ml. Less than 200pg/ml is considered deficient. 2. Deficiency occurs due to strict vegetarian diet, 3. Take meat/egg/ fish, poultry, diary product like milk & milk product, 4. Vegetarian sources of b12 are milk, butter milk, yogurt. 5. Vegetarians have to take b12 supplement like one tablet of neurobion forte daily 6. Consult physician for advice and treatment.
