I am a 25 year old female .recently, I have started pistol shooting and in that process we have to put all the weight of pistol on middle finger which the pressure goes to the elbow. I have a pointed pain in my elbow and I feel like there is something wrong. The pain is there on specific point. Coach said after some time, the pain will go away but it didn't. What should I do? Is there something wrong in my elbow?
