My wife is taking thyronorm 88 mcg from 4 aug 2021 during pregnancy as tsh was 4.114. Before that she was taking thyronorm 75 mcg. Delivery done on 6 sep 2021. On 01 oct 2021 she had tested tsh and it was .07. Please suggest the thyronorm dose or she can stop it.

There is no need for thyronorm based on tsh value now. Stop thyronorm and wait for a month and repeat tsh. In a patient on treatment the tsh value must be, the tsh value must be corrected to 2.5 mcg. As now you are overtreted.

Hi lybrate-user don't stop thyronorm! please consult your endocrinologist! I would have given 25 mcg for six weeks and recheck her tsh!
