I want a healthy personality. Im very slim now suggest what can I do? I've used all types of protein powder but not get results.

For healthy personality, start your day wid amla juice and aloe vera juice wid water. Do pranayam i. E. Anulom vilom and kpalbhati daily. In breakfast eat banana wid milk, 2 to 3 hrs take proper food wid curd and salad, in evng drink 1 glass of milk widany type of brunch. In dinner you can use rice wid daal.
