My nephew diagnosed with dengue yesterday his platelets count was 2.8 lacs/cumm and today it is 2.7lacs/ cumm. Is this safe or we should admit him to hospital?

Hello lybrate-user there's no such need to get admitted as of now as your platelet count is still under normal ranges it is decreasing but still normal. I would suggest you to start treatment for dengue at home as of now. Consult online.
