*looking for an opinion* I recently got divorced and I am a phd scholar. From past few weeks ai am having difficulty falling asleep. Although I fall asleep late, I sleep for at least 7 hours. I am able to do my daily chores but m not able to concentrate in my studies. I don't keep sitting or don't feel like sitting alone. I wanted to correct my sleep cycle as I have become a late riser. Consulted a doctor and he gave me this: escitalopram 10 mg od mirtazapine 7.5 mg x od etizolam 0.25 mg x bd is it okay to take all these considering I am a phd student and need to study for long hours?
