I had fever for 3 days so I got cbc test done in that my wbc were low so I got dengue test done which came negative. So my doctor said that it is a seasonal viral fever so he gave me omnicef-o 200 and folvite. After taking medicine for a day my temperature did not went above 100 and by the second day (today) my temperature was normal but I have noticed some red rashes on my hand this morning and soon on my neck and face and by the evening on most of my body. The rashes are not super red, they are mostly visible under light and they are slightly itchy only on few areas. As of now I have stopped those medicine. Is this an allergic reaction or something else?

Could be an allergic reaction or part of viral fever associated with rash. Please check if you are continuing to get rash even after stopping drugs. A dermatologist will be able to help you differentiate after examining your oral cavity and the type of rash.
