Hi Sir, I have a very sedentary lifestyle as I work in IT sector with busy schedule around the clock, I am a 26 year male with a height of 5-11 inches and weighing in at 92 kgs, due to my schedule I barely get time for exercise. I have a cholesterol of 240 and hemoglobin of 18, can this be brought under control, please guide me through this. What measures should be taken.

Hav boiled food with canola oil. Atleast 4 liter water. Try to do high frequency exercises for 30 min both time.
