I was on isotretinoin 10 mg for 5 months and before 2 months I had stopped the course. Now I have only pimple marks and mild acne pits and scars. So can I use dermaroller for the scars? Is it safe as it is given in sources that one should not use such methods for 6 months post treatment. But I really has a bad scars and my sisters marriage is coming .so is there any natural way to get rid of acne scars and pit?
