I have just started gym and am trying to gain weight and muscle but I have the habit of masturbating 2 3 times a week and I am afraid that masturbating now will affect my work in the gym and not let me gain weight is it correct that I should not do it or can I do it a couple of times a week?

Please note that masturbation is not a disease. Do masturbation weekly or biweekly. No problem if you go to gym.
