Developing fever after vaccination is due to antigen antibody reaction which will develop immunity. You can go for checking antibody for covid atleast 2-3 weeks after vaccination.

Dear lybrate-user since she has already taken both doses, she should be protected to a fair amount. However, the response to the firts dose would have been less. Nothing to worry about. She needs to be careful as do the rest of us.
