I had varicocele surgery 10 days ago in left testes, but till today I have not been able to get erection. please tell me after how many days I am able to getting erection.

Hello- bilateral varicocele is associated with significant reduction in testicular function with significant increase in serum levels of fsh and lh, which may cause erectile dysfunction and male infertility. And surgery is not an ideal treatment for it as it has recurrence and it docent stops the ongoing pathogenesis. Better to switch to ayurveda.
