Glyciphase sr500 twice a day. Having a18mm stone in right kidney since last 18years not much painful. Please. Advise how toget rid of this

Anxiety has to do with fear. Are you aware what frightened you in the last six years? did something happen 6 years back that might have triggered fear, that then led to anxiety? even so, as we age our defense mechanisms wane and weaken, then situations that we were able to handle comfortably in the past become difficult and sometimes, impossible. The effect of diabetes will have some role to play, additionally. Fortunately, it is good that you have that under control. I however, think that you may not have sought counseling help while you were on medication for anxiety. That alone would have posed problems in developing coping skills and the ability to meet everyday challenges with some degree of confidence and support. The combination of medication with counseling goes a long way to mitigate the influence of anxiety and to help you cope with the condition. So, go do some counseling and get knowledge and support to deal with your feelings, especially with fear, and a lot of your difficulties with diminish and may be you could? get rid? of anxiety, if you are cooperative.
