Sir I am feeling to much gastric problem. So much of gas is expels from rectal route. I'm feeling so shy at some places. Please suggest me.

You have to improve your digestive system. Avoid outside food avoid spicy & oily food start cow ghee on empty stomach. Do pavan muktasan & suryanamaskar to strenghten abdomen.

Take tab pantaprazole 40 mg before breakfast. And take some some preventive measures. Should take food timely. Not to skip meals. Avoid spicy food, if having habit of taking alcohol n smoking. Kindly stop them. Stress also causes gastric problems. So be stress free better do meditation. These are some of measures to prevent gastric problems.
