Yes gaps can be corrected at any age. Finding out the reason for gap is important then accordingly treatment plan can be formulated. Mainly, it is because 1. Genetically 2. High frenal attachment 3. Heavy calculus leading to bone loss gap less than 3-5 mm can easily be filled up. Gap more than 5 mm can be filled (need photo to give better treatment option) or can place veneer and crown to fill the gap. Option 1: simple composite build up will cost 1500-2000 per tooth. No tooth cutting is required option 2: tooth color caps will cost 2500-4000 or more per tooth 2-3 mm or less of tooth cutting is required depending you are getting pfm or e-max crown option 3: veneer will cost 5000/7000 or more per tooth. 1.5-2 mm or less of tooth cutting is required. Option 4: aligners- transparent plates, which is to be worn every day. In gap, spaces cases, aligners give pretty good results. Charges must be 60k /75k/1lc. Cost can decrease and increase depending on the area and experienced dentist and dental setup.
