I have problem called hyperhidrosis, I usually have a lot of sweating problem, and it gets worse immediately after eating, o start sweating a lot similar to lije I am standing rain, and it is a major problem for, I can't stay fresh if I am going out or I am getting nervous to meet new people because of my over sweating.

Foods to eat: foods rich in calcium such as dairy products, almonds, baked beans, and fortified milk vitamin b rich foods such as breads, fish, eggs, nuts, meat and vegetables foods rich in fibre and low in fat content such as oatmeal, roti, potassium and magnesium rich foods such as tomato, almonds, spinach foods to avoid: coffee, chocolates, garlic, onions and spicy foods there are specific deodorants you can use .wear cotton clothes. All these will reduce your symptoms. However, if sweating is excessive you may need medication or injections which can help the sweating but will come with their own side effects. Hope this helps.
