Please get a private consultation. It could be a viral infection in which case the temperature will come down on its own in 3-5 days. You must watch for the following 1. Temperature should not be going up any more. It should gradually come down. The gap between time of fever also should be more with time. 2.baby should have good appetite for food and water.(you have not mentioned how old the baby is, so difficult to guide you on that aspect) 3.cough and cold should decrease. If this is not happening, pleaseconsult a pediatrician.
