My father is unable to move his legs and bending down his hands died state. Always lying down on bed and suffer pain on hip often. He can not move his body in left or right in lying condition. sometimes speeches are low. Sitting in bed with support of someone is just a time. He can not standing or walking. Please suggest this.

Some illnesses disrupt blood flow to the whole body as your father is unable to move around. He needs basic movements for the whole body it could be done with the help of a physiotherapist and also it can be done by the family members too by observing what the therapist is doing. First more importantly the movements are important and later speech therapy can be given to get back the speech for your father. Try to move him in the bed itself, with movements slowly he will progress much better and also you can use walker support to move around.
