I am 21 years female, I am experiencing vomiting and giddiness when I travel from bus, car but not from train. I can tolerate nearly 1 hour after starting journey in bus or car. If it's 4 hrs journey I would have vomited nearly for 3 times. Could please suggest me medicine to avoid fomentation and giddiness during my journey in bus or car. Please suggest me the what are the steps or food to be taken to avoid fomentation.

Hello, to relieve your problem you can try the following:- 1. Do not over eat before travelling, have light bland food. 2. You can try having crushed ice cubes or lemon or ginger during the journey to prevent nausea 3. Try distracting yourself by listening music, watching something. 4. Try to change positions and get some air in between journeys 5. Always try to sit by facing the direction of movement of the vehicle, try to look at the horizon. Don't stare at fast moving objects.
