I am 32 male from Kolkata, having 15.24ng/ml of Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy. I am a IT professional and get very little exposure to sunlight. Request help regarding this. I prefer diet remedies if possible instead of supplements.

It's difficult to get vitamin d from diet alone...instead take Drise -Tablet once daily for 6 days thence once weekly

Hi vitamin d is important for all mostly women, pregnancy, lactation, old age etc more required. For you take normally by foods like dairy products, organic protien based foods, egg, milk, fish, stem based vegetables, fibre rich all cereals, banana, curd etc.
