Hello sir/maam. I do practice yoga regularly for two hours in the evening time. I do 30 to 35 asanas. People say that more spending time with exercise or yoga will increase the size of bone any parts of the body. Is this wrong perception or not? I want to know.
Congratulations for doing yoga regularly, continue your asanas, just also make sure your nutrition is up-to-date. Have a healthy life.
