I am 16 year old male. I wanted to ask about diet. I am vegetarian and eat only egg in non veg. In how many days must I eat egg? I want to develop chest muscle and biceps and hence I exercise accordingly daily. But I don't have a clear idea about the diet required. Please help.

You require to have at least 1gm/kg/day of protein every day. Along with good vitamin s and mineral as they help in building block of our body m. A good regime with regular exercise will help you in improving your biceps and chest muscles.

There is no radical cure for diabetes, but we can prevent complications , changing life style and eating some good nutrition. If you can let me know his details like his weight, blood pressure, his fasting sugar and cholesterol. I can advice so that he is more healthier.

You must not compromise on nutrition as long as you are feeding your baby. But good protein, soy can help you reduce your weight along with exercise.

My weight is 80 kg more bmi and my height is 167 cm how to maintain my weight below the level. What kind of food I have to take.

You need to excercise and reduce oily food. Increase protein in take and try to take fibre half hour before food. Will help you in reducing your weight.
