I am 18 years old boy and my problem is that I sleep everyday for 8 hours then after I feel tired and also feels laziness. Please ans my question.

First of all its not good at this age because its a building time of body, body needs more nutrition for helping in body growth. What you do, change your dietary habits and make a routine time for exercise for body fitness but as a level not too much excess. Took your food in divided meals.
