I am 29 year old male. I work out regularly. For the past 1 week I have pain in shoulder which runs down in my tricep on right arm. The pain occurs in shoulder press position. Anything with a push. What should I do?

Stop going to Gym. Start with Physiotherapy treatment and learn exercise. Take Calcium and multivitamin with vitamin D 3 for 2 month.

Give rest to involved muscle till pain stops. Apply ice pack 5 times daily for 10 minutes every time. Continue exercises for other muscles. Do taping for involved muscle to provide external support.
