I am feeling severe back pain since few days. And it is accompanied with pain in the neck region. I have applied pain relieving medicines. But they r not effective. Can you name any ointment or spray that will have effect on this?

The underlying cause should be treated. It could be spondylosis, intervertebral gap reduction causing compression on nerves. In such cases physiotherapy is the solution. Traction may be required if assessed after X-ray reports. Yoga postures are also helpful. For Ayurveda safe treatment, pl send X-ray reports. Till then pl take Nycanthes leaves juice or decoction (Harsingar leaves)
